I did a cashew mono over the weekend and got like 2100 calories in but came under my gram limit. Queue the next day I gained 0.8 lbs and the next day another 0.8 lbs! I'm never eating these again! Okay I think I finally plateaued. Time for a break from egg fast. Ugh. I hope I don't gain weight back.

Yeeeee egg fast ftw! I had 16 eggs the day before yesterday and 17 yesterday. I'm down to a new low weight (not lowest ever but that was 83lbs which is impossible). Here's my results: 12 eggs and 1 cup egg whites: -0.2 lbs

I'm 2 pounds heavier in a week! My results from eating 1600 calories (maintenance) of pumpkin seeds: 1 lb GAIN. So the new unacceptable foods list I'm never eating again are:
Pumpkin seeds
Meat preserved with nitrates
Deli meat (get super bloated)
Cheese (maybe in moderation, I really love cheese) No more of these monos! Learn from...

I've been stuck between 107 and 108 for 3 weeks now!!! I only had a steak and beef patties yesterday amounting to 1200 calories there is no WAY I ate enough for 0.2 lbs gain.
