NO MORE CASHEWS
I did a cashew mono over the weekend and got like 2100 calories in but came under my gram limit. Queue the next day I gained 0.8 lbs and the next day another 0.8 lbs! I'm never eating these again! I've been on a diet for two days and only lost 0.2 of it so far. UGHHHH these monos are killing me. The only one that worked was peanut butter and of course eggs but even the eggs isn't budging my weight now. I'm not doing monos for a long time.
6.4 lbs left to go before goal weight...at this rate I don't think UGW is achievable at least my inches are pretty much the same.
I'm trying a new thing where I eat butter with the eggs. I hope it helps. I also got some acetyl-l-carnitine which is supposed to help use your fat for energy and burn it more efficiently. There was a study of obese people and those who took it vs. those who didn't lost 11x more weight! I'm excited.
