I wanted to know if anyone has had a good experience with soaking in Epsom salt for weight loss and detoxification.I'm currently fasting, but I want to get rid of my excess water weight. Any tips ?

Exactly, I bought 6 pounds for 4 dollars. I read about so many benefits from it, but wanted to hear about people's experience with it.

Make sure to post how your soak goes :)
I've used it for constipation relief (mixed it in water and drank)...ouch! Only made that mistake once!!

I've used this maybe 5 times in the past... usually to get back from binging. If you are set on using it, use just a little the first few times, because within 30 minutes- 1 hour, you'll be running for the toilet. And that will probably last a few hours. Because duh, that's what laxatives do. But what makes epsom salts different I think, is how completely DISGUSTING they taste. Every time I drank some, it took me at least 10 minutes to get through 8 ounces because of how nasty it is. Honestly, just thinking about it is really making me gag >:P

it's so not impressive when ppl put up a pic of their cut up body, or the list of meds their on, or every single mental disorder they have. like, you don't need to "prove" how much sicker you are then the rest of us, it's not something to be proud of.
