Hey everyone, so in about 3 months I'll be starting college again. That's when my biggest struggle with food happens. Since I start early I eat breakfast because I need to be alert for my classes. However I need some ideas for food on the go? Nothing that'll take too long, and has protein. Please and thank you Oh and calorie amount would be appreciated.
My two ideas for it so far are fruit salad which I can mix and two toasted bread with butter.
