So I've been on vacation for two weeks , and I think I gained 10 pounds , gross.
How should I get back on track ? I'm going home in 4 days and I know I'm going to be crazy hungry on my normal routine .

Maybe you could start the 2468 Diet but do it reversed, as in the 8642 diet? At least that way you'll be on a diet and will be getting back in to the routine

Try exercise? Also, look into a keto diet. All the fat scares me to death, but I've lost 8lbs in 5 days. I know most of it was water weight but still. At least 2 lbs of fat were lost. And on top of that, I feel better, think more clearly, and can function without dizziness or foggy headedness

Whats your normal routine? make sure you're paying really close attention to when your actually hungry and when you're just emotionally hungry/ having a craving. Eat breakfast like a king (not sugarythings, to avoid craving sweets later), lunch like a business man, and dinner like a pauper.
