Actually, why would you want to even go below 110? You will lose all of your muscle mass and that will shut off your metabolism. Besides, if you want to keep losing weight for some reason, it sounds like you want to be ana and that's heavy long term restricting (although anas can be mias too, of course).
But to answer your question- I lose a lot of weight b/ping but I am sure to eat small healthy meals outside of bping to keep my metabolism going. That's just me, everybody is different though.
Everyone has a goal weight here, my goal weight just so happens to be 95-100 pounds. So being 110 pounds right now is really not okay for me and Ive never really had much muscle to begin with. I'm very aware of the Ana life for I've have been there before I started purging, I'd like to go back too it but it's hard to get out of the habit of throwing up everything you eat.

I got a bulimia dx because of the use of laxatives and diuretics(i don't purge though vomiting) but as you know, it only gets rid of water weight so i've gained like crazy as I've binged loads and only used laxatives/diuretics/ exercise
My weight gain has been slower now due to the fact i exercise when i binge now but i've gone from 120 to 147 in the space of 2 months

I've lost weight when I've restricted while purging. If I BP or just eat a little and purge everything, I continuously lose. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say this, but most of my good weight loss has been done either restricting and purging everthing, or BPing and restricting and eating like, a very small amount of something low sodium every day.
At the moment I'm BPing but also keeping down up to 700 and I'm not losing.

I was the same way when I used to purge. I would restrict and in the worst times I would just purge absolutely everything I ate. I would purge even one Brussels sprout if I happened to eat one. That way I lost weight extremely quickly but it wasn't really a sustainable lifestyle for me. After maybe a year I wanted to stop purging and forced myself to recover from it. I still purge occasionally but I do my everything to avoid it as much as possible.

Lost a little but that's when I'm purging the 700 cals a day I allow myself.
If I eat 'normally' and purge any extras then I just maintain.

i've been all over the place, lost when my binges were small and i purged normal meals too. Gained when I binged and didn't always purge. Lost when I restricted and used to exercise to purge. Gained when I binged loads and loads and loads. I mean it all makes sense from a calories in vs calories out point of view

I try to only purge twice a day at most, and they aren't big binges. Just a normal meals worth, maybe a liiiiittle bit bigger.
I never really eat outside of those two meals, so really I don't retain many calories at all for the day.
Can't say I'm proud, but it's working.
