9.8lbs in less than 2 weeks. I did fast 2 days and most of that is water weight but I'm not complaining. I know ppl who have lost like >100lbs on keto.

I am a big fan of keto. The only reason I get off track is for my love of bananas tbh. Any diet that demonized banana gets cut eye from me hahaha
That being said I can always break a plateau with keto and it kills off my cravings and food obsessed thoughts. I feel so calm on it too. And I can eat way more cals and still lose as fast as with heavy restricting. I just need a good breakfast substitute for bananas and I'd stick with it for life! Hard boiled eggs are my normal keto breakfast

7 ish years ago I did a very poorly formulated version of LCHF because I did not care about health and only cared about convenience and quick weight loss without hunger, I was definitely in ketosis.

I could have eaten plenty of leafy greens and varied meals every day but I did not do that consistently. In the end I was just living off boiled eggs with some salt, roast chicken (unseasoned) and a bit of pork belly (also unseasoned).

Went from 42% body fat to 20% body fat without calorie counting or exercise. (female range, optimum bodyfat is 26% for adult caucasian women in the context of good muscle mass according to my dietitian, although I have seen some experts say 25%) . I went from 94 kg to 68 kg so that's a loss of 26kg or 57.32lbs.

I have seen people on youtube who lost 150+ lbs on a ketogenic diet.

I did not count calories, I also did high carb and junk food days once a week or a bit less. Ate mixed macro during the holidays.

No idea how long I did it for. I didn't keep logs.

I eventually went off of it because I wanted to try the raw vegan low carb diet. Shake it up a bit you know.

About 1-2 hours a day and 600-800 calories. Went from a 3x to a 2.
