Unable to sleep and fantasizing about food. What has life come to for the past i have lost track of how many years....
Omelettes and buttered bread sound like a good idea... but is it really?
What do you guys usually do in such scenarios?
Should I get my ass outta bed and make my eggs or curse myself to sleep hmmm

I usually drink a lot and try to sleep cause i know i am going to feel like shit after bp and will regret it. So in the next day i feel pretty proud for resisting the urge.
I know its hard...
But think about if its worth it.
But who am i telling. I purged 5 minutes ago and its 12pm here 😂 but usually i really resist but today sucked. So i know how you feel.
Stay strong and dont be like me laying in bed havin bad cramps and smelling like pure vomit 😂

It's a pretty fucking terrible idea tbh

Especially when just tonight's buttered bread and omelettes turns into yet another sleepless night due to buttered bread and omelettes lol.

What do I usually do? Make the eggs of course

When This happens to me (like now as i type this) i literally cocoon myself into bed and I force myself to sleep via white noise.
I won't let myself get outta bed.

Oh, 4 a.m.'s the worst! Lying in bed, mentally inventorying the fridge, planning what you could make, how to cook it... My sympathy. But you will feel SO good in the morning if you manage to resist!

I hardly ever manage to, though. Somnambulant toast-buttering for me nearly every time ;)

It depends.. If you really cannot release your emotions other than b/p'ing and if you think that first thing in the morning would be again b/p'ing then I would probably go for it (if you can manage to resist, that would be awesome though!). However, it's hard for me to stop the cycle of b/p'ing if I can't go back to sleep just after the first session.

Honestly, starting to bp early in the morning is just starting the day really bad and could make it a continuous bp day. Sleep is also really important sp yeah :/

My nightly ritual.

I usually get up and eat something very small, maybe a rice cake or a small orange to settle my stomach.

Then I am finally able to fall asleep as my stomach isn't churning and killing me.

I tell myself it is so senseless to binge so close to going to bed.

Not only will your metabolism slow because you will be sleeping, but it will only satisfy your hunger for that little time before you drift into sleep.

Good luck!
