Usually lay down. So I don't fall all over myself due to weak feeling limbs. Or have a cigarette.

Order or walk to the store for more food, dump put containers, clean the toilets thoroughly, watch Netflix with coffee or diet soda (sometimes wine)

I always have to lie down within 20min.My "sessions" always last all day with a lot of flushing happening in there. So I'm pretty exhausted and numb.

I clean up, drink water or powerade, maybe have a serving of fruit, and try to take advantage of the time I have before exhaustion and shaking take hours from me.

I only eat (aka bp) at night, so afterwards, clean, wash face, drink lots of water then glorious bed!

Have an ener-c pack in water, sometimes a green juice or smoothie and then hopefully I fall asleep, otherwise I do it again.
