Drink an electrolyte drink (I like to mix coconut water with Powerade Zero) if I have anything for it and probably eat something when my stomach realizes I tricked it. If I have nothing, no foods that are safe, nothing to make my drink, I just take an antacid and try to go to sleep.

I put both nothing and clean like crazy. I used to clean the toilet, pick-up wrappers and mess and clear the kitchen counters. Making it all disappear and reestablishing order really helped me. The worse my depression got, the less I did. These days flushing the toilet and changing my shirt is about as good as it gets.

Ahhhh yes this is literally me now. All I can do is really flush, change, splash water on my face and get in bed. :,)

Sit on my bed and watch you tube videos or browse MPA. Then have a smoke usually.

It's actually what I'm doing right now. Gonna go for my post purge smoke in about 10 minutes after I've weighed myself.

brinepools:

reasons I can relate to a possum:
-tired & unkempt, smells weird
-emotions ranging from “displeased” to “existential scream”
-no work ethic
-lies around looking dead when overwhelmed
-will eat trash & live amongst trash if left to own devices
-sometimes you feel bad and feed it a sandwich

After-purge ritual:

Clean

Weigh myself

Smoke a cigarette

Chill in bed, most days -- if i'm on a rampage, I'll go buy more food and repeat the process.

clean, rehydrate, look for more food, likely b/p again, more cleaning and rehydrating, then lax and exercise if I'm not completely wiped out already.

Regret Life. And then panic that I smell of puke.
