19.7 bmi?

          Hey guys I'm a 5 foot 3 inch girl who weighs 111, pounds so my bmi is 19.7. My goal weight is 97 pounds and a bmi of 17.2. I would like some suggestions on how to reach my goal. Also if you think I should stay the weight I am. I just want another opinion about it.

19.7 is perfect, it's on the lower side of what's considered healthy, so you're both healthy and thin! stay the way you are.

whatever you're comfortable with. I'm not gonna be a hypocrite and tell you not to lose, I'm not going to encourage you to unhealthily get to a low weight either. It's up to you honestly, a 19.7 bmi isn't bad at all.

19.7 is honestly pretty good already! try focusing on loving yourself the way you are right now, instead of losing weight :)
a bmi of 17 is underweight, and it's sososo bad for your body and you will regret going that low in the future.

19,7 is a perfect bmi! You have nothing to worry about regarding your weight  :)

So just stay where you are and eat healthy. Your body, your health, your entire life will be grateful  ;)

This is weird. I was the same weight when I was sent to treatment (same height too). In retrospect, I looked thin. Obviously we could have different body types, but I'm assuming you look thin too. Stay at this weight. You're doing fine.
