Hi everyone! So for the last five or six days, I've been eating around 300 calories a day. I drink lots of water, and take vitamins, but I have NO ENERGY! I take two tap dance classes a week (1 hour 20 minutes) and can barely make it through those, and by the end I'm almost not even dancing because I just CAN'T. Some days I can barely get out of bed, and when I do, I'm so dizzy that I lay on the couch doing nothing all day. I need to lose weight though, and I don't know what to do. What do you guys do to deal with this?

That's such a low intake :( the only real solution is to eat a little more, because honestly to lose weight you don't need to eat that little. I lost the most weight eating like 600-1000 calories and in the long run it's better because you aren't as prone to binges and you have more energy.

try to have more fruit and make smoothies. smoothies give you a decent amount of energy.

You have to eat more. Especially as you're exercising.

No other solutions I'm afraid unless you drink loads of coffee/energy drinks but you'll end up damaging your body that way

I'm not even restricting that low (600-1000 cals could be), but I also feel like I have no energy. And if I eat more, I get all sleepy.. ugh..

Its because your intake is so low

this happened  to me too as i restricted to below 300 calories now im trying to go a bit higher - maybe you should try it to, just so you know the body needs around 1200 calories  just to function which means upping your intake a bit wont damage your weight loss

Honestly I don't know what to suggest other than eat more... which might be hypocritical of me to say. I get dizzy and get migraines too, it's no fun

I'm an underweight high restrictor and I'm an exhausted. You don't need to eat that little to lose. Eat more!

Well yeah you have no energy, you are eating 300 calories a day. restricing so low will quickly drain you of the will to do anything. Try upping your calories, or having some caffine

You really should up your intake. With the amount of exercise you're doing, you could probably eat 1000cals without gaining any weight.
Stay safe xx
