I sadly lost my safe foods .. Only sojamilk is safe..but it's not a food.

My ed story is anorexia--->bed---->bulimia---->anorexia. I can say i am anorexic again since my bmi is 15, rught?
I usually eat the same. Dont have any fear foods, nut i still restric to lose 5lbs. I eat two meals <800kcal together. First meal: two little cups of light cottage cheese and 10 thin rice cakes + 3 small tomatos. Second meal is one fat free greek yogurt and one little light cottage cheese, 6 thin rice cakes and 3 small tomatoes. I would love to eat galf of that but it leads me to bingeing. So yeah...

Proffesional ED idiot.

 

First anorexia, then bed and now an b/p type. Nice way to spend your life!

I've always wondered this. If others have safe foods, and what their diet outside of binge/purge looks like.
For me I take my supplements or medicine if I know I need to eat something and keep it down. Yogurt is probably my number 1 safe food. I don't usually over indulge but it's one thing that I don't worry about how much I am eating and if I am gonna purge it. 
My diet changes weekly

sometimes I eat whatever 
sometimes I only binge and purge. 

sometimes I only keep healthy food down. 
sometimes I count every calorie and keep it less than a certain number
I don't have an extremely large appetite which may sound weird coming from a bulimic but my binges are pretty small usually because I get full quickly. So if you compared my actual food vs my binge food the binge food is only slightly more but usually way less healthy

Miso soup 27 cals
Low cal ready meal (the 3 I rotate are 194, 138 and 186)

That's basically it. I also have 100ml of skimmed milk set aside for tea and sometimes let myself have a spoon of sugar in it if I'm feeling weak.

I don't eat anything else unless I'm gonna purge it.

Whatever is around I guess. On restricting days I eat a lot of fruits/veggies. On 'idgaf days' I just kinda eat whatever I'm craving but don't over do it. Pasta, bread (can you tell I like carbs?), fruit snacks, anything quick and easy.

I don't really plan. On a 'good' day I'll have either nothing or some natural yogurt. But on an average day I'll probably have a bag of crisps. Sometimes a chocolate bar. And on 'bad' days I'll get a samosa or something from the shop near my work. I'm really super unhealthy even outside of b/ping like I basically give no thought to nutrition I just wait until I feel nauseous and then grab whatever food is nearest.

-no work ethic
-lies around looking dead when overwhelmed
-will eat trash & live amongst trash if left to own devices

I used to eat fruit and/or yoghurt.

 

These days I don't eat or drink outside of b/p sessions and I feel like death half the time because of it :)

I will purge almost everything but liquids. Even salads now...if I eat it would be soup or salad

Sometimes I try eating a rice cake with mustard but it seems like lately everything either gets purged or turns into a b/p

It really varies for me. Sometimes I won't eat anything outside b/p or just healthy low cal foods like yoghurt, vegetables and fruit. But often I eat normal meals or even unhealthy stuff like chocolate or crisps. It all depends on my mood of the day what and how much food I can keep down.

I am actually really surprised how many people eat yogurt as part of their "real" diet. 
I get weirdly excited when I buy yogurt, sometimes I'll be the flip cups and get happy at the thought that I'm gonna be able to eat this and keep it down.

The only safe foods I won't purge in the day are:

- Berries (preferably blueberries)

- Melons (my fav is honeydew, but watermelon and cantaloupe are decent) 

- Dates ONLY if with other berries

-Sometimes salads

 

Oh and of course alcohol...

Some fruits (mostly cantaloupe and berries), steamed broccoli, cucumber, and protein bars. Also coconut water when I am done purging for the day. I'm more lenient on days I don't b/p which I have actually been able to have lately.
