Hello; I'm really new here but I wanted to post how I'm going on my ABC diet journey. 
My main goal is to not be fat and I think I'm going fine on this diet so far, please feel free to let me know if I'm doing something wrong!
I feel like making the effort to write everything down and analyse it at the end of the day will help me continue with this diet.
 
This is actually my second week on it so I just have some backlogs to write up sorry;
 
WEEK ONE:
 
Wednesday 4th - Day One - 500 Cal
Maggi - Chicken Noodles - 378 (Not worth it)
25 Grams of Cauliflower with Soy sauce- 10 Cal
 
Total: 388 Calories 
 
Thursday 5th - Day Two - 500 Cal
50 Grams of lettuce (7 cal) + 1 can of John West Tempters - Salmon In Spring Water (54 cal) - 61 Cal
Slendier Slim Noodles (15 cal) + 50 grams of mushrooms (4 cal) - 19 cal
4 x Saltine Crackers - 126 cal
 
Total: 206 Calories 
 
Friday 6th - Day Three - 300 Cal
x 2 - 50g lettuce (7 cal) + 1 can Salmon (54) - 122 Cal
4 x Saktube Crackers - 126 cal
 
Total: 248 Calories 
 
Saturday 7th - Day Four - 400 Cal
100g Broccoli (34 cal) + 100g Mozzarella Cheese (280 cal) - 314 Cal (Cheese so not worth it)
x 1 Saltine Cracker - 31 cal
 
Total: 345 Calories 
 
Sunday 8th - Day Five - 100 Cal
1 can of Salmon - 54 cal
 
Total: 54 Calories 
 
Monday 9th - Day Six - 200 Cal
I forgot to eat this day..

Tuesday 10th - Day Seven- 300 Cal
Slendier Slim Noodles (15 cal) + 50 grams of mushrooms (4 cal) + 15g Spinach (3 cal) - 22 Cal

Zooper Dooper Iceblock - 50 Cal

Fibre One Lemon Drizzle bar - 90 Cal
100g of Aeroplane Jelly Port Wine - 64 Cal
 
Total: 154 Calories 
 
Thursday 12th - Day Nine - 500 Cal
100g lettuce (14 cal), Salmon (54cal), 100g cottage cheese (90) - 158 Cal
2 crackers - 62 Cal
150g Capsicum (60 cal) + 100g cottage cheese (90) - 150
 
Total: 370 Cal
 
Friday 13th - Day 10 - Fast
Fasted but I drunk 6L of water somehow LOL.
 
Total: 0
 
Saturday 14th - Day 11 - 150 Cal
Salmon (54), 100g lettuce (14) - 68 cal
