I started the diet Monday. Today is my third day ... It's going well. I want to get right on the tenth day! Someone who has the tenth day, you can tell me how many pounds lost?

hi everyone im new here and im about to embark on a long journey with the ABC diet, but wud you guys help me out coz im not familiar with food that are of 400-600 cal.

Im starting this on monday! This is a stupid question but on a fasting day r u aloud a coffee as long as no milk or sugar? Lol
I would say yes as it doesn't really hold any calories.

Your suppose to get pretty darn close. id say 5 cals off wouldnt hurt it cause its suppose to confuse your body with different number of calories everyday. i think a 50 cal differnce could mess up your weight loss.

Last time I did this I lost a good amount. I can't remember exactly how much because it was sometime last year before recovery, but it was enough that I'm definitely doing it again. I'm on day two and I've already lost some weight (not a lot, like half a pound, but still).
I'd say just make sure to add exercise to the mix, honestly. It really gets things moving along!
Also, I always drank coffee on fasting days to get me through. I just made sure to put nothing in it.

Few questions though..
What are your results?
What types of food to eat? If restrictions..?
Is there ANY way this diet won't work for me?
Is exercising nessesary? X

I am on day 9 and have lost about 8lbs. (There were a couple binges in there.) There's really no way that you wont lose weight if you follow it. But the weight loss does slow down after the first week. So I'd say that exercise isn't necessary the first week,but definitley needed throughout the rest of the diet.

Yeah, I've been thinking of this diet as a maybe. If I dont reach my goal in a couple weeks im going for it.

I just finished day 6 and lost 3 kilos/ 7 lbs. This diet has never failed me, as long as I do not fail myself.

I'm on day 15 and down 9 pounds. I still have a ways to go, I just hope my loss doesn't slow down too much..
