I know that most people recommend not brushing your teeth right after purging as it will damage your teeth. But will mouth wash do the same thing?

Recovery is hard, but it's better than dying from Anorexia.

I wouldn't think so since you're not brushing anything into your teeth, but I could be wrong

I heard that mouthwash is fine. I also heard that brushing your teeth will bring up the acid. Not sure how true that is though

That's my routine. After I purge I ALWAYS use mouthwash then an hour late I brush my teeth.

I found baking soda in my bathroom cupboard but I'm pretty sure it's expired. Can I still use that? I heard it helps too with the post-purge.

After you purge, use baking soda and water, it will neutralize the acid in your mouth!
