So Im a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump. I got this particular model of pump when I became pregnant... my hw of 289 was achieved while pregnant.

289 is a lot of person, pregnant or not.

Now Im around 207 and every time I put a new infusion set in, it bleeds and burns and makes me hate being on the pump. I called the company and they sent me out different kinds of infusion sets, some insert under the skin at a 90 degree angle, other one from 10-45 degree angle. The infusion set that goes in on a 10-45 degree angle is the only one that is working and doesn't hurt or burn.

This infusion set is best for thin and active people. I'm shocked because I'm definitely not thin at 207lbs.

also, 2 people at work have commented on how I've lost a lot of weight recently (219-207 in a month or so). I just don't see it.

Ever have those moments where you think "wtf, Im no where near thin... so why is this happening like this?"
