So I've been on a plateau for 3 days, and it's relaly driving me nuts. I don't know if anyone else has thought of this, I haven't seen much talk about people just reversing the 2468.
I'm really afraid to eat up to 800 calories though. I've been keeping it under 600 and I want to be lower then that.
So here's my question. Would it be a good idea to try 8642 FAST to break this plateau or would It be better to just keep trying to restrict under 600...maybe a sort of 531 FAST diet?
Help. Opinions? Anyone tried anything like this?
