8642 Diet?

So I've been on a plateau for 3 days, and it's relaly driving me nuts. I don't know if anyone else has thought of this, I haven't seen much talk about people just reversing the 2468.

I'm really afraid to eat up to 800 calories though. I've been keeping it under 600 and I want to be lower then that.

 

So here's my question. Would it be a good idea to try 8642 FAST to break this plateau or would It be better to just keep trying to restrict under 600...maybe a sort of 531 FAST diet?

 

 

Help. Opinions? Anyone tried anything like this?

8642 its better even higher then 800 worst case you gain food weight

Dream UGW 99 lbs
I'm tired of bed/over eating/emotional eating.. I miss the cycles of liquid fasting.
