This is my first mono and I wanted to do something high in protein but low in fat, so I decided on shrimp. I haven't heard of anyone doing shrimp before so I wanted to try it out! Each can has 106 g which ranges from 100 to 120 calories per can depending on the brand with 26 g protein, 0 g carbs, and at most 2 g fat.
Usually I drink tea but I will be drinking just water during my mono. I'm in university and there's a chance I may end up drinking on this which could alter the results, but I will post if I do. I will also include if I am working out that day.
