I'm holding one of thighs, as you see.. Im not sure is this just fat or skin, I mean I'm obviously fat and I know it but I also can hold something like it's a skin i don't know really... How do you think? Please be honest I don't want to hear sweet comments like OH baby of course you are not fat xoxoxoxox
I want honest comments, only honest opinions will help me. Im just kinda confused because something jiggles on them and no matter how much I lose they are.. just as the way you see. Flavby.
So tell me what would you do on my place to make them look thinner? And stop shaking..

Honestly, your legs look absolutely amazing! You could always do knee highs, mountain climbers, toe touches, jumping jacks, squats, and/or lunges.

Height: 5'6.5"

CW: 103 // BMI: 16.4

GW1: 120 ---> new pandora charm

Muscle is the key, here. If you want firm legs, you have to do squats - but a certain type of squat so you don't bulk your legs out. HERE IS A VIDEO to the squats that'll bring your thighs in slightly and make them a lot firmer. Take a look at the 30 day squat challenge and try doing the challenge with these squats ^_^ There are also other muscle building exercises you can do with your legs to make them less 'flabby' (move around a lot) but be careful to check out if they'll add leg bulk or not.

 

Also, your legs looks fine to me; nicely proportioned.

Thank you for replies, I'm doing a lot of lunges and squats recently, also some of those exercises from mel b legs workout.
I really need to just lean them, The thighs are horrible. I'll look up this video :)

I am 5 foot 8.

I weigh 114 pounds (BMI of 17.2

with the new BMI scale.)

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you're not fat. Legs always jiggle because there's fat on them, and that's not weird. The only women who don't have fat on their legs are those super muscular weird ladies, and that's because they only have muscles. But, when you have an ED, getting muscles is quite hard since you don't eat. So the only way for you to get your legs to stop jiggling is to die, really. Even then they'll jiggle. You know, until your corpse gets eating up by worms. Meh.
