Just curious, wondering how many grams of carbs you guys limit to. I've seen numbers anywhere from 20-100g for the typical keto dieter. But those are all from non-ED sites. So what do you guys limit yourselves to?

I try to stay under 30, and to only get my carbs from fruit.

Currently I'm trying to get as close to zero as possible. Usually I try to keep it at 5% of my daily intake. My absolute limit is 20g.

I'm more low carb than keto as I keep my protein pretty high but I max out at 50g of carbs with a daily intake of 1000-1200 so I'm not too sure what percentage that is. Maybe 20? Depending on what my Fibre is
I knew the percentages better when I was using cronometer

Used to be 10g when I was getting myself into ketosis, now it's <25g. Damn you, flax meal bread and nut butters!

Keto is usually 30, 50g absolute max. 100g is just general low-carb.


CW: too much

wow so I didnt know flax seed bread was a thing until I saw your post. Do you mean the kind that is completely made of flax seeds like this?

That bread has 5.6 carbs per serving...definitely not 0 carb

Yeah but if you're doing the keto diet then it has .3g of net carbs. Maybe that's why they call it zero carb? I mean it's still not zero but maybe because it isn't a whole gram? Who knows.  ;)

I got the recipe from an MPA post and do it like a focaccia in a brownie-bakingtray, and I add a crapload of coconut oil/butter to it, sometimes some sesame seeds or sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. You can play around with coconut flour, almond flour, anything you like really. It's such a simple and versatile recipe.

30, but when you are in deep keto you can even eat 60 with no problem

20 carbs daily is my high limit.


SW: 192 lbs.
GW: 110 lbs

Todays Current Weight:
141 1/2 lbs... :angry: :angry: :angry:

(I have gained from a bad binge time frame and I am pissed at the world!)

UGW: 95 lbs.
Used to be 92 lbs. ;)
