Starting 2468 today to break a plateau.

Today is day one.

Starting weight: 186.7

200 calories.
Apple with peanutbutter.
6 radishes
1 pickle

Halfway through the day, feel fine. Still have my second job to go to.

day 2: 400 calories

weight: 185.4 (1 pound down)

 

3 eggs with half an onion scrambled 300

tomato/cucumber/iceburg lettuce with salsa (100)

 

I'm not going to lie, I thought I would be down at least 2 pounds.  Probably because I lost 7 pounds in one week last week so I can't expect it to keep going like that.  1 pound in one day is still great.  Even if it is water weight or whatever, who knows.  I only felt hungry yesterday at the end of the day around 7pm so had some tea. 

Today I ate most of my calories by 1pm.  i prefer to eat the biggest portion of my calories late morning/early afternoon to give me energy for the day.  If I eat after work or at the end of the day, I feel like I'm wasting the food because I'm just sitting at home now.  And just eat a super low cal snack in the evening.

Today I work graveyard shift so literally all night at a restaurant.  So ate my calories in the afternoon and will eat my salad snack at work probably around 3am, come home at 7am, sleep.

The eggs were really filling but I bet by 3am I'll be starving lol.

Day 3: 600

cereal w. almond milk 200

coleslaw mix with veggie meat and salsa 270

cauliflower/carrots/radishes w/ mustard 50

Yesterday was a little rough but I made it through.

Down one pound!!

 

Day 4: 800

Weight: 183.6

 

3 eggs and 1/2 onion 300

carrots/cauliflower with bbq sauce 200

cottage cheese 200

 

I'm short by 100 calories but I'm not even sure if I'm going to eat all of that because I'm going to be trying to reset my sleep schedule.  So there isn't any point in eating 800 calories if I'm only going to be awake for like 8 hours.  you know?

So excited to be down two pounds, so close to 180.

weight: 182

 

down another pound!! Yesterday I ate 700 instead of 800.  But that's fine.  Today is 200 and I am off work so that sucks, can't keep as busy.

 

Meal plan:

Cauliflower and carrots 100

pudding 110

salad with salsa 30

 

240

 

I ate over my calories...ugh.  I feel like I over ate.  But I ate 100 less yesterday so I figure I shouldn't beat myself up about it.

Well I'm beginning to think I'm talking to myself, lol.

 

day 6: 400

weight: decided not to weigh myself today

 

I have not slept at all yet so I'm not sure when I'll be eating.  Since I have not yet slept, it feels like the same day even though it's the next day.  ugh.  That's also why I haven't weighed myself yet.  It's 830 am here.  Going to try and get some sleep but so far no luck.

For 400 day I ate three scrambled eggs and kimchi 300 cals, 6 radishes 10 cal, 2 pickles 10 cal, apple 80
For a total of 400

Visited my sister and she wanted Chinese food so I said I already ate.

weight:  I am NOT weighing myself for one week.  it's driving me nuts.

 

It's 2 am here but am writing my food plan for 600 because I'm awake.

 

2 apples 160

salad with salsa 100

Thanks love! Day 8 went shitty, ate pizza and could not purge ugh. But just going to keep going and not weigh myself until next Thursday.
I have a really active job at a restaurant and I walk there and back for an hour. I figure that's good enough lol.

DAY 9 200

Oatmeal with Splenda 160

Eating now at 1pm. Off work at 4. Just going to go home and be lazy.
I'm going to weigh myself next Thursday to see how much of a difference pops up.

I was lowest clocked in weight of 79.75 and I had a baby an now I am left with a weight of 172 sadly. I keep trying different diets an not working so I'm reverting to pro ana again I love being tiny more than anything. Roadblock, I have sensitive teeth now most likely due to my lovely bulimia an I need to be in a pro ana direction. I am wondering if 2468 or ABC would be better to start with a diet plan which would be more successful 00 size plan. Also how do I not plateau on either diet. My other idea was 1 protein shake a day diet. I just feel so defeated I need to be myself again an need some thinspiration advice please.

Thin is beautiful to me an being beautiful makes me happy I should have held onto my weight being pretty is what I want thin 4 ever. When I lose all this weight I will post pictures I have bones tattooed on my tummy. I have tattoo of bones because that says to everyone this is who I am. it's just if it went up I know it'll trigger a massive bp cycle.  I'm bulimic so not normally good at restricting. bleh.

 

Aaaaand currently stuck bingeing and purging continuously.
