Starting 2468 today to break a plateau.

Today is day one.

Starting weight: 186.7

200 calories.
Apple with peanutbutter.
6 radishes
1 pickle

Halfway through the day, feel fine. Still have my second job to go to.

day 2: 400 calories

weight: 185.4 (1 pound down)

 

3 eggs with half an onion scrambled 300

tomato/cucumber/iceburg lettuce with salsa (100)

 

I'm not going to lie, I thought I would be down at least 2 pounds.  Probably because I lost 7 pounds in one week last week so I can't expect it to keep going like that.  1 pound in one day is still great.  Even if it is water weight or whatever, who knows.  I only felt hungry yesterday at the end of the day around 7pm so had some tea. 

Today I ate most of my calories by 1pm.  i prefer to eat the biggest portion of my calories late morning/early afternoon to give me energy for the day.  If I eat after work or at the end of the day, I feel like I'm wasting the food because I'm just sitting at home now.  And just eat a super low cal snack in the evening.

Today I work graveyard shift so literally all night at a restaurant.  So ate my calories in the afternoon and will eat my salad snack at work probably around 3am, come home at 7am, sleep.

The eggs were really filling but I bet by 3am I'll be starving lol.

Down another pound!

 

Day 3: 600

weight: 184.4

 

cereal w. almond milk 200

coleslaw mix with veggie meat and salsa 270

apple 80

cauliflower/carrots/radishes w/ mustard 50

Yesterday was a little rough but I made it through.

Down two pounds!!

 

Day 4: 800

Weight: 183.6

 

3 eggs and 1/2 onion 300

carrots/cauliflower with bbq sauce 200

cottage cheese 200

 

I'm short by 100 calories but I'm not even sure if I'm going to eat all of that because I'm going to be trying to reset my sleep schedule.  So there isn't any point in eating 800 calories if I'm only going to be awake for like 8 hours.  you know?

So excited to be down two pounds, so close to 180.

down another pound!! Yesterday I ate 700 instead of 800.  But that's fine.  Today is 200 and I am off work so that sucks, can't keep as busy.

 

Meal plan:
