Sunwarrior protein powder mixed with a little almond milk and 0 cal sweetener to form a paste then add in some frozen blueberries. It's kinda like cookie dough. So so good. Can also add some banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter... You get the picture.

Vega Protein Bars

Smoothies made with coconut water and frozen fruits

Fat Free/Sugar Free Jello Pudding

PB2 mixed with sugar free Torani syrup and almond milk for low calorie cookie butter

Mug cakes! I keep healthy flours like oat flour around for these and make every flavor from carrots cake to chocolate to banana bread.

Completely forgot how delicious dried fruit is.

I normally eat these vegan bars made outta watermelon seeds that are delicious.

I'm not vegan but I just found these things called Nakd bars. They are delicious and depending on wich one they are between 100-140 kcal per piece. They are mostly made from vigs and some other raw fruits and nuts. They cost a small fortune but really worth it.

Dark chocolate. The darker the better. Or just sweet fruit like strawberries, mango, or pineapple. Once you cut out artificial sugars, natural sugars taste significantly sweeter and you'll find that you don't need to eat candy or junk food to get your sweet tooth fix.

Hi I stopped smoking and I'm very anxious, I used to eat lot of bananas. I'm vegan. So I eat lot of fruits and some Vegetables. Do you any feel stressed or not full of energy to excersice?
