DISCLAIMER: I am a spoonie, which means there's a very high chance I'll have a day or a few days where I fall off the wagon. Please don't expect perfection here. I am not trying to make excuses for myself, i just am letting you know that for me it's about intention, not perfection.

 

So there was a thought for a while there that I was pregnant, but I just took a test yesterday and it came out negative (I'm happy, but at the same time I'm devastated)... then I got called 'fatpso' by a pro ana blog on tumblr this morning... so I am taking these two things happening within 24 hours as a sign that I need to stop this daily fight with ED recovery and just give in... it's obvious that losing weight is all I'm good for...

Hey, I'm also starting the ABC diet today! My husband surprised me with boneless wings today for lunch. I had 4 and a half, so I'm already at 445 calories for the day. I guess I'll have a cup of broccoli tonight for dinner, so I can stay under 500. Good luck  :)


Height: 5'9" (175.26cm)

CW: 165lb (74.8kg)
GW1: 140lb (63.5kg)

UGW: 125lb (56.7kg)
