Just curious as to how much others exercise?
I dedicate an hour a day to formal exercise, but try stay on my feet as much as possible.
My routine includes a 4km jog, 40 squats, 20 push ups, tricep dips, stretching, and rope skipping.

Strength exercise at least every other day, plus walking / cycling where possible when it is not too cold and I am not running late-everywhere-again (pun intended).

It's such a funny little game... If you lose, you win.

The tricky part is, when you win it all, you probably die.

Since a month I joined a gym. I have been aiming on doing 30-45 minutes of crosstraining, I walk to school everyday which is 25min both walks.

I also try to lift some weights, just to tone by bum up a bit.

I have lowered my calories from 800kcal to 500-600 daily.

i don't really other than walking and yoga... I really should though but the energy from food I eat only suffices to finish my schoolwork

The school run plus the walk to work and back is 8 miles a day. I do sit ups and squats while I watch Hollyoaks (lol) and go to the gym on my day off

Strength training + cardio everyday. Tbh I'm wondering if there's even a point in strength training if I'm losing weight anyway...

Power yoga every morning and then I walk at least five miles a day and then do 50-90 minutes of either HIIT, running, stairmaster, or the elliptical every day. Been trying to give myself one rest day where I only walk lately though... I eat a disgusting amount though so nothing makes any difference tbh

It's good for your bone density! And bone density is a big issue for most people who restrict.

There definitely is. You burn more fat in the places you have muscle. So more muscle is more fat loss. And the weight you'll lose is actually fat loss not a combination of fat and muscle loss.

Strength training is definitely important. If you're eating an extremely low amount and not exercising your muscles, then a lot of the weight you lose is muscle and you end up "skinny fat" (like me :/)

Some workout I've gotten out of here every other day (~6-8 exercises, ~100-140 reps each), long-ish walks.
