Since it's cold I just try to get at least 10k steps around my office and at home. Sometimes I'll walk up and down the stairwell on my break. At home I usually pace and dance around to music on my phone.

During the spring and summer I'm way more active. Ten mile bike rides, jogging/walking for 8-10 miles altogether, just basically a shitload of cardio. I aim for 20-30k steps.

I compulsively exercise throughout the day, but sometimes it's hard to keep track. I'm always sore. I wanted to start a routine, and I don't know where to begin. I miss having a set schedule to orient myself around and feeling sufficiently fit.

I have a 'morning routine of situps, leg raises, and lunges that takes about 10 min and I walk about an hour a day and even more when I have time to go to the gym between work and school

same, I will throw in random squats and drop stuff on purpose so I can squat to pick it up lol it's weird how I sneak stuff in there

Anywhere from 0-7 days per week
Sometimes I just do some exercises that dont take a ton of time, like you just do them and you're done, or I walk from 30 mins-2 hrs

I try to do at least a short 20-minute workout every day (usually push-ups, sit-ups, and spider plank) and I go to the gym twice a week for strength training and I've been trying to start up running again on the weekends for some more cardio.

And sometimes I just randomly do some exercises throughout the day like push ups, squats, or burpees.

I quit smoking recently and after years of being over weight i now weigh 127 pounds. I run miles, working on 15mile route presently. When im not running i walk about 130k a week. Average day i burn 2500-3000 cal. Plus sessions at the gym 4/5 days for strength and conditioning, weights and more cardio.
