2)food you can't or don't eat: (can't) Coconut, Meat (don't/trying not to) peanut butter, chips, candy, cookies, homemade baked stuff, and my most binge triggering food.. cereal (I also eat little dairy and other animal products) 
3)lowest number of calories: 250
4)highest number of calories: 800
5)length of diet: 2 weeks
6)do you want exercise included?: yes, but as number of calories and not on tuesdays or thursdays
7)are you willing to fast?: no
8)what's your usual intake?: everywhere /: pretty high atm 
9)how much do you normally lose or gain a week?: idk. I've been plateau-ing lately
10)are you willing to mono?: yes, not constantly though.
11)enter anything else you want me to know for the diet here: tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays I am busiest so they should be the highest and the other days shouldn't be higher then 500.

Also a few rules (like times) would be nice

8)what's your usual intake?: Around 900-1200 but someday it's really low
9)how much do you normally lose or gain a week?: Gain- 3 lbs loose- I've lost up to 6lbs

8)what's your usual intake?: around 600-1000 calories if I keep everything down
9)how much do you normally lose or gain a week?: 1 or 2lbs a week then prob gain 1/2 or all of it back
10)are you willing to mono? Sadly no. Tried before and failed multiple times:(

i can only fast every third day, if at all, because that's when my dad works

i'll have a baby sister soon, so that means less attention on me, and less attention means more restriction

6)do you want exercise included?: i may be starting up at the gym so maybe something short and sweet? i also walk everyday.
7)are you willing to fast? i could do a liquid fast? but thats it
8)what's your usual intake?: around 300
9)how much do you normally lose or gain a week?: i usually only can weigh myself once a week now and hardly lose much cause my metabolism is shit
10)are you willing to mono? ive never tried one
11)enter anything else you want me to know for the diet here: i love almond milk coffee, i love fruit and most veg. im vegetarian/ 90% vegan

3)lowest number of calories: 500-600 for any extended period of time
4)highest number of calories: 1500 if exercising
5)length of diet: 5-7 days
6)do you want exercise included?: I have access to a gym, but not enough time to work out more than 3-4 times a week
7)are you willing to fast? Only for a day
8)what's your usual intake?: all over the place, 500-1500
9)how much do you normally lose or gain a week?: gotten back to 1-2 lb loss
10)are you willing to mono? For a day, and only if it's actually a mono
11)enter anything else you want me to know for the diet here: I need something very structured, preferably repeatable over the next month or so

7)are you willing to fast? i can't because of my job (waitress/delivery driver)

11)enter anything else you want me to know: i'm basically looking for a cute diet that will help me get into a restrictive state & out of my bp cycle. :)

I also don't eat cooked or warm meals (apart from soups) because it has become a fear food for me. I only manage fruit, veggies, salads etc (like, cold, ready-to-eat-stuff). Idk maybe that was unnecessary information sorry lol.

11)enter anything else you want me to know for the diet here: i take levothyroxine (thyroid), gabapentin (fibro), and a few vitamin supplements + allergy med; my sciatic nerve is a problem when trying to work out. i also have no equipment but can walk around the neighborhood or utilize my yard
