My first big weight loss was without exercise.  Then I relapsed and now I exercise and restrict

dropped the first 50 via restriction + purging

then the rest via restriction + exercise 


Although I guess if I knew tomorrow I guess I wouldn’t need faith

Got from 150-125 with high-moderate restriction and TONS of exercise. Got from 125 to 111 with almost no exercise and about 800 calories a day.

With. But nothing hardcore.  I would just obsessively walk obscene amounts (I've always been a fan of pedometers) and do light exercises with dumbbells

I only exercised on a stationary bike for 2+ hours when I went a little above 500cals.

Only exercise was regular, daily/multiple times a day sex. lol. 

 

I spent all of my down time at work napping on the couch, and my job was sedentary - sitting to draw and sitting to tattoo.

 

I did go swimming on my weekends but not for the exercise. Just 'cause I love swimming (which was usually followed by a massive b/p).

 

 

I kind of wish I had an SO or friend with benefits for the sex this relapse.

I mean like I walked my dog for like an hour a day but otherwise I didn't exercise
