7000 steps a day but I prefer 10,000 but that's about it. On some days I'd exercise like crazy though, but that was very rare.

When I first got ill in my teenage years:
Shitloads of exercise, jogging, walking, cycling.

When I relapsed first time:
Swimming, jogging, aerobic exercises at home.

When I relapsed my second time:
Long hours of cycling and slow walking.

My current relapse:
Not losing anything by not exercising. So I began taking up fast paced short walks twice a day.

Without.

I lost from borderline-overweight to borderline-underweight with low bodyfat by overexercising, then couldnt drop more weight. I was really really overexercising though and was retaining mass fluid and had to keep tons of muscle from it.

When i was finally injured bad enough that i had to stop, no choice, then i bped more and more and got to LW

The only working out I do really is walking so I guess. I wish I could work out and be fit but I have no energy and usually by the time I'm done with classes I feel too nauseous to go to the gym

Without, but only by a few pounds, and it took much longer than with. Also, I liked the way my body looked way better with, I guarantee I had less fat even weighing a few pounds more just because ya know... that exercise creates lean muscle. I think I'd rather be fat and eating whatever than skinny fat and miserable.

I got to my lowest without exercise. Now I exercise as my weight loss is severely slower.

I've had many relapses over the years. This is the first one that included exercise.

without. exercise makes me hungry and doesn't really burn that many calories? better to just stay active like, walk your dog, and go for hikes, and don't sit on your couch al day long, than really "work out".... I honestly don't believe it helps weight loss

With 2x a week weights and cardio circuit, but I was eating 300 cals each weekday and eating about 10,000 cals saturday as this mega binge before fasting sunday. Lost 2lbs/week totalling 50 lbs.

Who tf am I?

I play drums and piano, banging out beats to drown out the irregular ones of my heart

I sing until someone tells me to shut up, or my shower gets too cold, or until the stage goes dark

I play video games  all the time (I swear to god, if I hear "Hey, listen!" or "Leon help!" one more time...)

I quote movies in conversation to see if people get the reference and if they don't laugh when they catch on, I'm like "Why so serious?"

I love lifting weights and lovingly call myself the trap bar trap queen

I watch TV shows like I don't have 7 hours of homework to do because I suck

I fall down a lot so instead of crying I just laugh it off and joke about tripping balls AND down the stairs

My stomach growls loudly in class so I do that thing where you shuffle papers loudly like 3 times a day

I laugh at my own jokes because I'm funny as hell

I lie to everyone, including myself, because that's easier than admitting I'm not okay.
