Who else does that?

I put some in a bottle of water and have a sip when I'm hungry, but I'm afraid about the effects it could have on my health / skin...

Does someone have some experience? :P

I love ACV, I have one cup of water with about 2tsp in the morning, and about a TBSP in my water bottle through the day. But it HAS to be organic/unfiltered/live (which means its still got the probiotic culture in it and you can tell because it's got that cloudy/cobwebby looking mothers inside and yes I drink them mothers too lol)

The clear treated crap in supermarkets is basically worthless for health...

Anyway it keeps my skin clear and also keeps me regular...yknow ;) appetite supression is a bonus. if you drink it too strong it can make you feel nauseous for a bit. Then just drink more water to dilute it in your stomach.

It's very healthy if you drink it with the culture.
