Watching fat people eat. I go on youtube/google and look up "Fat people eating." I get some kind of sick enjoyment from it, and it makes me want to never eat again.

The smell of what my step father in law considers food... seriously. your food smells like farts or like someone took a dump in your frying pan and you decided "Ah what the Hell! Lets eat shit for dinner!" How can you put food in your mouth that smells like it came out of your ass?! Anyways...smelling his cooking...

A strong mint also seems to help with unwanted hunger and food cravings. Just one.... suck on it for a really long time.

Watching anyone eat in general. I also think of maggots or mold in my food which stops me from eating it.

I need to give this a go, there is not a whole lot that really disgusts me (the internet is an interesting place and most of my close friends are males...they've sent me the most horrific links imaginable)

However, fat people eating could very well do the trick.

I'm gonna youtube this right meow.

I pretend people I admire are watching me eat like a pig. Makes me feel nauseous and so ashamed I usually stop in the middle of a binge.

That's a really great idea! I should also look up fat people eating.

I like to think of eating a full plate of something gross, like human hair or squishy caterpillars. I think about people using the bathroom, and I think about what the food will look like when it digests in my stomach.

The smell of raw meat, people accidentally spitting on my food, seeing other peoples' spit strings, cold sores, the sound of people chewing weirdly, toilet smells, and unbrushed or rotting teeth will gross me out enough to kill my appetite.

Ew.. so I guess I should google nasty teeth next time I'm hungry? Ugh...

My best bet is to lock myself in my room and get distracted by the internet, writing, or reading.  If I can't, then I drink water, brush my teeth, think about seeing a lower weight on the scale tomorrow morning, and chew sugar free gum.

My job. I'm a housekeeper in a hospital & I clean up shit, vomit, urine, blood...you name it. I always think of this one bathroom I had to clean...there was a half inch of shit on the floor. All over the floor. I had to put on shoe covers to wade through it. I had to wipe up the shit with a rag & throw the rag away. Then I had to run a mop over it & throw the mop away because it was so covered in shit. It took me almost an hour of this to actually clean it. I left the room, threw away all my rags & mops I used, & went to the bathroom & threw up everything in my stomach. I will never forget how horrible that was. When I think about eating, I flash back to that bathroom & I can't eat for a couple hours at least.

I'm going to have to try this "fat people eating" thing
But I usually get through it by thinking of bugs or germs or mold in the food.
