Hi lovelies, starting the ABC again today. Stats are:

5"8
SW: 126 lbs

CW: 118

GW1: 121
GW2: 118
GW3: 113 (halfway)
GW4: 110
GW5: 105
UGW: 100

So going to have 500 calories today and burn them off throughout the day. My aim is to burn off all I've eaten and drink at least 3L water a day. Hope I'll at least reach my GW2 and if I go any lower I'd be in heaven. Love the forum and feel at home so thank you all for making this such a nice and safe space to be. I also have some of butterfly-anas recipes which I'll post soon just for keeps.

Two cups mushroom soup- 80

Snacks
Cup lyches- 50

Unplanned snack (almost binged)
Dutch cake (Spekkoek)- 130

Total: 299

Almost binged and had a small panic attack thinking I went over my daily calories but I didn't and am so damn relieved. Check yourself before you wreck yourself guys ☆

121 pounds! How the hell did that happen. I did have a lot of BMs (tmi, I know, just shh) yesterday. Can't believe I've reached my GW1 already, 3 more lbs till GW2. Today's a 400 calorie day and I might finish off the soup in the morning because I have a pretty active day today. Can't wait for tomorrow's weigh in ☆

130 gr Tangerines- 70
Roll of mentos- 130

Total: 450

I fucked up with the mentos but prevented a b inge and only went over my limit by 50 cals. About to weigh myself, hope it'll be good.

BINGE ALERT

OK so I was fine on track with the 100 cal day, planning to have a courgette and two tangerines, had the tangerines at school. I finished early and my s/o had made me a fruit salad. I've found my trigger, it's when I swerve off my plan, even if the swerve doesn't go over my intake limit for the day. So I convinced myself I was having a cheat day. I feel so disgusting. In total I had around 2000 calories and I can't believe it. Wanna cry, don't know what to do, can someone help me? Can someone help with what to expect/what weight I actually gained and if I'll lose it? Feeling alone... ☆

Gained 6 lbs which puts me back at my start weight... Not eating today and weighing myself tomorrow ☆

Ok so check yourself before you wreck yourself is gonna have to be my new motto. After weighing in at my start weight of 126 yesterday, I took laxatives to clear out the system (took recommended dose). Then this morning... I was 119 lbs. What. The. Hell. Can't say I'm not thrilled. My lowest weight was 118 and I'm almost there which is also my GW2. I am so happy you have no idea (well if you're reading this you probably know what it's like to lose weight but shh details details). Going back to ABC and at 300 calories for the day. Probably having some mango and two courgettes with chilI sauce. Then spread some tangerines throughout the day to fill the calorie gaps and keep my stomach awake and burning. ☆

Oh my lord, I'm at 118, I'm back in the race. Might get to <117 this week, never been there. I'm so happy and pretty proud of myself, can't wait to finally see the results, even though I'm already noticing my arms and legs slimming and my ribs sticking out more ☆

I really want to do this diet but i'm 16 and still live at home so i don't want my parents to get suspicious that i'm ana, what could i tell them or how can i do this diet without scaring them? xx

Honestly, please don't try it. It might seem like it's positive from the way I put it but I'm not just losing weight, my hair is falling out and nails are breaking, the skin on my fingers is cracking and hurting, you don't see it at first and it's gradual but it's there. I know I probably won't put a dent in your will to lose weight but even cutting it to 1500 a day will let you lose a lot of weight. Please stay safe ☆

Still 118 but I'm so happy with reaching my LW and my GW2 that I don't even mind. I'll be moving around a lot today, getting my brows tinted, taking Fox (rescue purebred Pharaoh Hound) to an enclosed dog park so she can go nuts with me running after her. Then biking around town and finally going to the fair in town. So I'm hopeful I'll lose weight, even if I stay the same tomorrow after 500 calories, the next day is a fast so I'll definitely lose some weight, feeling pretty good today ☆
