I wanna try it just to have something to talk about with people, but even my old favorite frappuccinos give me a headache since I started trying to eat less sugar. I average a couple per year. Used to get them every Thursday.
My favorite thing at starbucks is either the chai, hot chocolate, or mocha, I let them use 2% or whole, that's enough fat and protein for the day to avoid stuff like muscle atrophy/nerve damage right? (According to one of my textbooks, not even close. According to me, yes definitely.)
Height: 5'1 (154cm) Highest weight: 190lb (86.2kg) , (most recent physical checkup): 181lb (82.1kg) , 1/1/2017: 155lb(70.3kg), When I came back to this site: 145lb (65.77kg) CW (4/26/17): 140lb (Disclaimer: My scale is old and I got it 2nd hand. It might be a few lb off but the point is, the number is going down )
My old goal weight was 115 (52.1kg). Sounds good enough for me. I came back to an old account after years' absence, idk what I'm doing anymore. <3
