Hi everyone! I was wondering about the difference between the ABC and the 2467 diet. Which one is better to lose weight? I need to lose 20 lbs (if I can lose 15 lbs will be ok).

I honestly see more people having success with ABC, and I attribute it to the lack of fluctuation. When you go from 200 to 800, it can be difficult to stop at 800 after being so hungry from earlier in the week. Leads to binging sometimes. But honestly, both diets are extremely low caloric intake and most result in binging. Especially if you haven't slowly lowered your intake average beforehand. I personally recommend the HSGD for a couple weeks and then ease into something harder.

I personally find 2468 soooo much easier than the ABC, the 200 days are hard but easier to stick to knowing each day the calories go up and the 800 days are so filling it feels like a binge. I've had a lot of success on this one. In 2015 I lost 13kg in 2 months (from a bmi of 22) and this time I've been doing it only 6 days but I've already lost a lb a day so far. (I'm a higher bmi this time, I'm bmi 26 :( I gained the weight in pregnancy, I found it hard to know what to eat when I became pregnant and ended up bingeing constantly and stopped exercising...)
On my way back down the rabbit hole..
