Apple cider vinegar

Anyone drink apple cider vinegar every day? I saw some on sale at Costco so I bought a jug of it. I've been adding it to lemon water in the mornings. Anyone notice the health benefits of the stuff?

I used to drink it, but now I use splash a blittle bit of it on salads.

When I used to be way deep into my ED, I used to drink 2 tbsp with 1/2 a squeezed lemon and water after each dinner.

I am not sure if it really helped me, but I did lose loads of weight back then. I just gained it back due to binging for months.

HW: 204lbs

CW: 158.3lbs

UGW: 115lbs


Nice clothes only look good on nice bodies.

I use it in place of other vinegars its my favorite but I really want start having it regularly. I remember the benifits being worth it but can't remember what thay were when I was reading itim gonna look it up now!

Umm I don't drink it on its own but I use it in cooking as a marinade for meats or to dress salads.

i drink an apple cider vinegar shot before every meal, which is like three times a day usually

I absolutely love it! I mix it into salads and also when I make my egg yolk breakfast - apple cidar vinegar and the egg yolks. NUMMY.

Apple cider vinegar is amazing! Benefits include weight loss, better digestion, healthy balanced gut bacteria, better skin, list goes on. When I was taking it regularly weight loss wasn't an issue. I have been trying to incorporate it into my diet again by doing the straight 2 tbsp shoots bit I might try to take the pills they sale at health food stores soon just for the convenience aspect. I also read that drinking apple cider vinegar is very popular in Korea for weight loss and they have all kinds of flavor blends for this purpose.

I take the pills. 3 times a day so normally when I get hungry. It kills the hunger. I love them!!
