Today is the 12th day of the ABC diet.

Limit: 200 calories.

Breakfast- none. (I was sleeping.)
Lunch- a ladle of soup (68), some rice, (30) two pickles. (4)
Dinner: mushroom with onions (20), broad beans with yogurt (65)

Total: 207.

Exercise: Walking. (More than 2 kilometers.)

Day 13.

 

LIMIT: 400.

 

Breakfast- Baby toast. (39) One piece of laughing cow cheese. (15) = 54 calories.

Lunch- none.

Dinner: Some macaroni. (186) Fish fingers/fish sticks. (180)

 

Total: 420. (blaze it) 

 

Exercise: Walking more than 7 thousand steps.

 

(According to my watch)

 

Calories burnt by exercise: 418. 

 

Right now I'm writing this at 6 p.m, I'll exercise a little more later.  :)

(Walking my dog, daily exercise, etc...)

Day 14!

 

LIMIT: 350.

 

Breakfast: Oatmeal and almond milk. (I felt nauseous and ended up eating half of it, and throwing the half of it in the bin.) 65 calories.

                 Oatmeal after being brutally murdered, rest in peace.

 

Lunch: A jar of baby food. (107 calories)

Tastes surprisingly very good.

 

 

Dinner: Some macaroni with hot sauce (130), 5 pickles (10).

I had 5 spoons of macaroni, some hot sauce, and 5 pickles for dinner.

 

Snack: A piece of chocolate. (29 calories)

Breakfast: One poached egg. (71)

Lunch: Sandwich with tomato sauce. (103)

Dinner: One leaf of iceberg lettuce with mustard. (5) A small marshmallow cake. (68)

 

TOTAL: 247.

DAY 16.

Lunch: Mug cake. (100)

Dinner: Tomato soup. (79)

 

 

TOTAL: 199 calories. 230. (Ended up eating some pieces of dark chocolate that are 5 calories a piece.)

 

 

Tomorrow is a fasting day...

FASTING DAY SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED.  :)

This time I got very hungry and dizzy, I don't know why this happened, the other fasting day was really easy.

DAY 18.

 

LIMIT: 200.

 

Today was a very busy day, and I was in the art gallery for my project the whole day. It was a really tiring and exhausting day, so I think that's why I got hungry.

 

 

Breakfast: 10 pickles. (10)

Lunch and dinner: 295.

 

TOTAL: 305.

 

I feel very bad about going over my limit, but I only had what the school gave me and I was really tired.

 

Exercise: Walking, push ups, crunches, squats and jumping jacks. (500 calories burnt.)

DAY 19

Limit: 100.

 

*notes: Today was actually really easy to beat, I think it's because I ate well for breakfast so it kept me full during the day! 

              Chewing something you really crave and then spitting it back out really does make you feel like you're eating.

              Cutting your food into little pieces makes it look like it's more and you feel fuller after you're done.

 

Breakfast: Instant cup soup. (75 cal for 170 ml)

Lunch: *none

Dinner: Egg white salad. (25)

 

 

Egg white salad ingredients if you're interested:

 

-one hard boiled egg white cut into little pieces (17)

-two leaves of iceberg lettuce cut into small pieces (*4) (it depends on the size of the lettuce, if it's two small leaves, then 2, and if it's medium/large, then 4)

-mustard (0) and hot sauce (Hot sauce normally has really low calories, like less than 10 calories for 20 grams)

total: 25!

 

 

TOTAL: 100.  :)

DAY 20.

Today was a fasting day but I had to eat something because I was at the hospital and I didn't want my doctor to worry about me. I ate a ladle of tomato soup. I am not sure, but I think it was about 47 calories.
