But I am starting HSGD today and I wanted to make an accountability thread for myself.
Anyone is welcome to join or chime in!
I am starting today, May 18th.
I am following this plan (with the typical HSGD unlimited Fruit and Veg and 30 minutes of cardio 3x week).
I might give myself extra cals for exercise but not 100% of cals burned...
