So. What was the last thing that triggered and ed behaviour? For me it was what made a b/p cycle begin. A neighbour came up to me and told me i was looking skinnier and for some reason i we t straight to mcdonalds. And purged inctheir bathroom 🏻️ well done me. Feel free to share!
WAIT MORE IMPORTANT THING I REMEMBERED. Yesterday i ordered online two pairs of pants for a new job i got and they arrived today and they where like too small to even go through my huge ass. And yeah b/p again

I got my yearbook today, and there's a page in it full of photos people submitted from last summer where they're all happy and wearing bikinis at the pool or the beach

 

Also apparently I missed out on a lot of parties over the summer, so now I'm just feeling really left out

I just ordered a dress and shorts online. They're my size, but I'm terrified they'll be too small to wear.

my boyfriend and I were dancing for fun and he randomly lifted me up and danced around with my body

and he was shocked that I was so light he didnt had any trouble to lift me 

 

gonna be starving myself today obvi, dont wanna be heavier next time he does that.

My sister wanted to use my calipers and for me to assist her in pinching her fat. She's super skinny too and it ended up with me kicking her out of my room. I think she's still mad.

Whelp, gonna keep on fasting now. BMI 15 or nothing. (To be Skinnier than her).

My mother asked if I needed to see a therapist because she had noticed i'd been binging lately.
It's one thing for you to know you're binging, a whole other thing when someone calls you out on it. So humiliating. Especially when you're usually a restrictive subtype.

Finding out my sister is losing weight better than me triggers a binge or restricting. Knowing a bad day is coming up where I have to eat usually makes me think there's no point to restricting because I will gain it back anyway. When I'm stressed or depressed, I use food to cope.the last thing that triggered me was eating something I didn't know the calorie content of it and it was a dangerous food (pizza) now I don't want to eat any more food to hope not to gain from it

My period making a reappearance after a year + of being gone = initial thoughts were ok good not infertile followed by well this definite proof that my body is gaining fat n has less muscle mass... So now hardcore into exercise n restricting 😶
