Mine started at 110. But then I saw pictures of girls lower than that. It changed to 95. Its like almost a 17 bmi. Being underweight would be a huge accomplishment

At 5"7 I need to get down to 117 to be considered underweight but to me that still sounds too much

:) lower the better I say :) until you can't stand up and stuff then I would draw the line. :S

I am 5'7 too! So, what is your goal?
For me.. I am aiming for 100lbs.. Which is the bmi of 15,3. But I will be fine with 105lbs with the bmi of 16,4.

HW - 143lbs / 65kg

LW - 130lbs / 59kg

CW - 140lbs / 63,5kg

UGW - 100lbs / 45,5kg

H - 5'7" / 1.71m

~~**My Daily Mantra**~~

I am on  starvation diet.  ( My mind is in denial and thinks that I am still in control. )   I don't eat anything all day.  I am never hungry.  The thought of food makes me sink to my stomach.  The smell of food makes me nauseated to my stomach.  I don't crave food or sweets.  If I do eat anything I don't eat more than 500 calories a day.I jump on my trampoline every morning.  I have lots of energy.  My energy level and metabolism have skyrocketed.  I can run on 5 hours of sleep.  I have no problem waking up in the morning.  As soon a s my alarm clock goes off I jump out of bed to jump on my trampoline.  I am in perfect shape.  I weight 92 lbs. and my measurements are 31-21-33and 16 inch thighs.  All of my clothes fit and I look toned fit and thin.  I have a positive attitude.  I can do this.  I am always happy and never stressed out.  I am going to have a kick butt awesome day.  I am on a starvation diet and I will succeed!!

 

Competitions:

~6 weeks race April 1--may 13--Tuesday weigh day

~Lose 10 lbs in April~

Definitely under. I'm currently bmi 22.5 (ugh). At lowest I was 11. Right now my main goal is 12-13.

My goal is about 15 BMI when calculated using metric standards and 15.2 in "standard".

I just want to feel pretty again...

My goal BMI is 20.1. Based on my body type, I'll actually look quite thin at that level.

Height: 5'2"

HW: 133 (BMI 24.3)

CW: 121 (BMI 22.1) :angry: :angry:

UGW: 105 (BMI19.2)

I'm starting over after another failed attempt at recovery. I can't believe I let myself go so much.

18.2 is mine! im 4'11 but 90 pounds i feel would be perfect.

Don't give up what you want most for what you want at the moment.

Set your alarm. Get up bright and early.

Pull on a baggy top and jogging bottoms. Go outside,

no matter what the weather. Walk for ten minutes. Skip for five

minutes. Jog for five minutes. Then turn around and walk back. Nice

and early, with no one around. Then get back home again.

Cut yourself some fruit. Apples, oranges, mangoes. All in. Add a little yogurt for a healthy start of the day.

Go and pour yourself some water. Fresh water, ice cold. Refreshing. Go upstairs. Turn on the

shower. Wash your hair with nice smelling shampoo and matching conditioner.

wash yourself with body soap. Come out of the shower. Dry yourself all over. Slather yourself with body

butter. You smell nice, clean, innocent, pure. Put something nice on. A pair of jeans, a top.Your favorite bra and pants.

Towel dry your hair, leaving it damp to dry naturally. All natural.Go to the mirror. Look at what you see.

Don't like it? Pick out three things that you love.Your beautiful eyes, your shiny hair,

your tinted cheeks. Go downstairs ignore the kitchen. You've already had breakfast.

Get a glass of water. Paint your nails. Read a book. Go for a walk. Call your

friends. Spends some time outside. You know this will

be a beautiful day. The sun may not be shining but your are.This day will be perfect.

This day will be the best day you've had so far. No binging

nor purging, not cutting, no hating. Only loving,

and laughing and living.

You can do this!

My goal is underweight. Around 14.5. I know it won't be enough though.

I'm already underweight so going to a 'healthy' bmi would mean gaining. No thanks.

Honesty i wish for a bmi like 12 but i would have to lose about 30-40lbs
My current bmi is 17.2

Ditto. I used to think I'd be fine at a BMI of 17 but when I got there it didn't look as I had hoped. But neither did a BMI of 16. Or 15... 

 

Of course I'm fat now so I have a long way to go. *shrugs*
