Oh my god yes! I did it 9 months ago and lost 25 pounds! (unfortunately i was hospitalized a few weeks later for bulimia and gained it back but i guess thats why im here)

thats the problem with dieting... you always gain in back if you loose it to fast... its bether to stick to a healthy diet and lifestyle every day than loosing and gaining weight like a jojo

I think anyone would gain weight with the amount of food they feed you in hospital. 

After I finish 2468 (2nd of april) I plan on fasting for a week, but then I'll do this. I don't have sugar in my tea, so that won't be an calories anyways, will that be okay?

Does it matter if you can't get you're calories up high enough? I'm on day 1 but have just seen 500 cals for day 7. I cant manage that much. My stomach would explode. Think I'd struggle with 400 as well tbh. Does it affect the diet if I only manage about 300 on those days do you think?

I started this a few days ago, I'm only on day three, and have already lost 4 pounds but i feel like that's just water weight >.> 
still though I'm really excited with continuing this diet :D
