I'm fasting today and I haven't even gotten any hunger pangs, but my family keeps tempting me with a ton of food, and I love most of it. I haven't even been feeling that hungry, but it's extremely hard to say no because it looks so delicious. It doesn't help when my dad offers me ten different foods no matter how many times I say, "I'm not hungry," or, "I already ate." He continues to push at me with all of these tempting foods and I feel like eventually I'll wear down and accept the food. How can I prevent that from happening?

Just stay strong! I don't have any advice, but good luck!!

Just think that if you eat that all your effort has gone to waste
