5'3 128lbs. Need to lose weight fast

I really need to lose this weight fast I'm trying to get to 110 before my birthday on August 26th please help

I'm in a very similar boat myself. I'm 128 pounds and trying to get down to 110 for my birthday, 22nd August :D At the moment I'm finding exersizing every day and eating smaller portions works for me. I eat a LOT of cucumber - it's filling, gives you tons of water and has like no calories. :D Before I started doing this I was 130 pounds, so it's already working, and my LW of last week was 125 pounds. 5 pounds in about 2 weeks is not bad. :)

 

Your goal will be quite difficult to reach, but with lots of exersize and LOTS of water, it's probably doable. :)


HW: 130lbs

CW: 127

GW2: 115

I lost 13lbs in 7 days by doing a juice fast. all you do is go get a juicer, get some fruits n veggies n make a pitcher!=] have it for breakfast lunch n dinner n the best thing is, you're literally consuming 0 calories, and still getting all the nutrients your body needs! and keeping a full stomach on top of that! it was hard and I didn't exercise a lot due to a bit of fatigue at first cuz my body was adjusting but after the first 3 days I felt full of energy and it was awesome!

and actually since the fast ive continued to fast/do ana boot camp and ive lost like only a few more lbs n inches around my waist which is awesome!

We have the same birthday!  :D  

I am trying to reach my goal weight by the first though, but definitely before my our birthday!  ^_^

I am starting a juice fast this weekend!

Actually cucumbers do have calories but your body Burns those calories digesting them. There are an array of fruits and veggies like that. Don't drink your calories either. Snapple makes this stuff called snap tea they have a green tea that has no calories in it if u need something besides water to drink. I don't really like green tea but that stuff tastes like cucumbers so I love it.

I'd just like to know what I should do: I've been getting into a habit of not eating at all and I'm wondering if its okay? Or should I eat something?

if you're used to eating regularly, you shouldn't dive straight to nothing but fasting!

ease yourself into it.

maybe start with the skinny girl diet, then the 2468 then abc.

 

2468 works well in my opinion.

 

If you go straight into fasting an your body isnt used to extreme calorie restricting, you'll just be setting yourself up for binging, which will make you feel even worse about your weight.

Im sticking to a 200 cal diet....mostly protein shake to avoid muscle loss....first 2 weeks were good but lost a week down to 3 mega binges :( however 4th wk going v well losing 0.75 pounds a day....our goals and stats are similar so will be following this thread ....good luck :)
