Cadburys Shortcake Snacks come in a pack of 6 - 2 in each little pack. Each pack is only 95 cals. :o

Can get them from B&Ms, Farmfoods or Home Bargains (here at least).

Iceland also have bubblegum swirl ice lollies - 66 cals each. They're amazing.

Knowing me I'd eat all the packets at once, because Cadbury's, but I'll remember this for when I have more self control!

I love getting wildlife choobs or frubes and freezing them as a snack for when I'm home

A single choob/frube is about 42 calories and if they are frozen they can take a while to eat, so it keeps me satisfied for way longer than I would be if I just had a normal chilled one which I can eat in about 10 seconds!

I've also taken a liking to costa's coffee cooler. A small (primo) cup with semi skimmed milk is about 90 calories and I find it really filling so it's my go to iced drink in the summer if I can't get a light frappuccino from starbucks.

Tesco Value Tomato Soup - 190cal for the whole can. Super tasty and filling.

ASDA Sushi - 242 calories for a 6 piece or 150 calories for a 3 piece. Very filling and yummy!

Home Bargains - Small Tomato Spaghetti - 300cal for the whole tub. Nicely filling but doesn't come with a fork.

As odd as it sounds, baby food. Filling for a short time but super cheap and very healthy as well as low calorie.

Okay so idk what has been mentioned before on this thread so I'm just going to put down one that's less likely to have been mentioned, I guess >.<

Basically, fun-sized snickers. They're 87kcal per bar, and sure, they're small, but if you freeze them, they take //forever// to eat, and are blissful in order to hit a chocolate craving :3

Home bargains sell packets of chia seeds. They swell up and look a bit frog spawn like if you put them in liquid, but if you eat a tsp as they come from the packet with a bottle of water they swell up inside you....very filling!

nakd have a lemon drizzle bar now and it's pretty good! it's a mix of lemon and coconut and a little bit softer than most of their bars.

limited edition for summer, 133 cal.

1265.jpg

i haven't seen it in shops yet, but choc shot have a new spread out. i'm personally not a fan of choc shot but it looks like a good shout if you need a vegan, healthy alternative to nutella and you've liked their products before. 14 cals a teaspoon.

Perfect World Ice Cream. I have the Caramel Pecan flavour and it's so good. 85 cals per serving.

You can get it in Tesco, it's in the frozen Free From/Vegetarian section, not with the rest of the ice cream.

Laughing Cow Mini Cravings are like the cheese triangles but smaller. 14 cals per cube and they come in different flavours. I like them on rice crackers.

ok, so this will probably only be helpful for junk food restrictors like me, but i asked ferrero if they were planning to release nutella bready in the uk and they said it'll be here in september (some shops might have it in from july).

it's 95 cal, looks kind of like a cross between a bueno and a barny bear and i'm really excited about it!

Morrisons minestrone soup - 134 calories for the full can
Alpro soya yoghurt - 50-55 calories per 100g (depends on flavour)
Ryvita crackers - the dark rye ones are 34 calories each
Morrisons rice cakes - 29 calories each
French fries and pombears are probably unhealthy but are 78-81 calories per bag (from multipack)
Green and blacks, very expensive but they do packs of 15g bars which are 75-95 calories depending on flavour
Laughing cow cheese triangles - can get light varieties which are 25cals each
Bulgur wheat - 64cal for a 30g (dried) portion

And of course, fruit and vegetables <3
There's loads more, I'll have to make a list :)
