The Lunabelle Diet is just like any other pro ana/restricting diets out there. The only noticeable difference is that there are a lot of fasting days, two in every week and three in the last 5 days.

It is preferred to begin on a Monday, much like the ABC diet, but you can start whenever you feel like.

Unlike the ABC diet, I will be posting some meal ideas that will be healthy and filling, and still under the daily recommended calories. Also, there IS an exercise part to this diet which was not posted on the chart, since I wanted to leave it up to the individual to choose to only diet, or do both.

I haven’t made the exercise chart yet, but my goal is to burn more than half of the daily intake, for example:

Day 10- 500 Calories

Consumed- 456 Calories

Burned- 290 Calories

On fasting days, you can choose to rest, or to do your usual exercise routines. 

I know some of you have looked at the 700 and 800 Calorie days and got frightened, remember that what you eat is up to you. You can use this day as a “CHEAT DAY” since there are no cheat days in this diet.

Also, if you screw up one day that doesn’t mean you have to start over like the ABC diet. If you go over, just burn the calories off. I’ll post exercise videos on here to keep you motivated, and hopeful.

Since I was the one who created this diet, I am going to be the first one to try it. You can weigh-in everyday, or every end of the week, and take one progress photo.

You don’t have to share this online, just keep it to yourself if you’re not comfortable. This is only to keep up your progress.

So far it's been working for me, I've lost 6.4 pounds in 4 days.

I i wil like to do that diet i think i wil start tomorrow but i need someone who can give me suport :-\ pless
I have to lose like 10kg and i lose 1 kg since i start doing diets

Looks like FAST and 500 for those 2 days. Now do I need to eat that many calories? or can the number be what I shouldn't go over? I am willing to try this out, I planned on fasting today but not sure I can hold out since I am so hungry!

No I don't I need one, I can do email or kik. I have lost 2lbs in the last 2 day since starting this. I need to loose 35lbs total to reach my goal.

On day 4 now, I did skip the fast day yesterday since its that time of the month. (UGH) but I am trying to fast today to make up for the missed day. So far so good, I have only lost 1lb so that kinda sucks but it could be water weight gain to since its that time.

Day 1: 700
BREAKFAST
3/4 c. Organic Hemp Granola (260 cal)
1/2 c. Unsweetened almond milk (15 cal)
2 Astro Zero fat-free yogurt cups (70 cal)
LUNCH
10 steamed asaparagus (40 cals)
DINNER
1, 1/4 c. steamed broccoli (45 cals)
1 tofu sausage (270 cals)

Goal: 700 / Actual: 700

EXERCISE:
*Objective: burn more than half consumed (Today: burn more than 350 cal)

Easy jog at 5mph..... 45minutes..... 367 cal
