The Lunabelle Diet is just like any other pro ana/restricting diets out there. The only noticeable difference is that there are a lot of fasting days, two in every week and three in the last 5 days.
It is preferred to begin on a Monday, much like the ABC diet, but you can start whenever you feel like.
Unlike the ABC diet, I will be posting some meal ideas that will be healthy and filling, and still under the daily recommended calories. Also, there IS an exercise part to this diet which was not posted on the chart, since I wanted to leave it up to the individual to choose to only diet, or do both.
I haven’t made the exercise chart yet, but my goal is to burn more than half of the daily intake, for example:
Day 10- 500 Calories
Consumed- 456 Calories
Burned- 290 Calories
On fasting days, you can choose to rest, or to do your usual exercise routines.
I know some of you have looked at the 700 and 800 Calorie days and got frightened, remember that what you eat is up to you. You can use this day as a “CHEAT DAY” since there are no cheat days in this diet.
Also, if you screw up one day that doesn’t mean you have to start over like the ABC diet. If you go over, just burn the calories off. I’ll post exercise videos on here to keep you motivated, and hopeful.
Since I was the one who created this diet, I am going to be the first one to try it. You can weigh-in everyday, or every end of the week, and take one progress photo.
You don’t have to share this online, just keep it to yourself if you’re not comfortable. This is only to keep up your progress.
