Uuuh... just crashed in here and it feels awesome to finally be able to relate to other people's food... recently at uni when I took out my salad the girl next to me (eating pizza) was like: oh, you're eating quite healthy!? -- what the hell are you supposed to answer on that? "uhm, yep." (in contradiction to you,... ;-) )
So here are a few of my recent dishes
Breakfast a few days ago:
1/2 Avocado seasoned with vinegar, olive-oil, salt+pepper, some sundried tomatoes, olives and soy-yoghurt with cumin.
The salad contained: Freshly picked salad leafs as well as parsli and basil, kohlrabi, sundried tomatoes, fresh sprouts, a seed-mix (sunflower, pumpkin, buckwheat), olives and a simple but nice olive-oil dressing. The fried veggies is just some leak and kohlrabi -fried in oil with salt and pepper. Yummy. The plate with the bread obviously belongs to me bf (eeevil bread) ;-)
