WHAT??? RUMINATION DISORDER??? THE HELL!!! I was just curiously looking away, and happened to click on the Rumination Disorder topic. NO CLUE what it was, never heard of it before. Then I click the post describing it and I SCREAMED. Literally I was so shocked... I do this ALL the time, after anything I eat. Literally for no reason other than, I just do it?? I don't think about it, its just second nature. Now I feel insane, it kind of is insane... this is an actual known disorder? Crazy... also why is it a disorder, whats wrong with doing that??

I just came to this board to see what it was and did the same thing...

I always thought it was a symptom of my stomach problems, but now I'm wondering if it's rumination instead.

sometimes I chew and re-swallow but most times I just spit it out.

I'll usually regurgitate several times in a row if I start doing it.

I didn't know this was a disorder... now I don't know what to feel.

I had this experience a few years ago on Wikipedia.

I've been doing this as long as I can remember and...what?! It has a name?!
