Help! How Do You Hide It From Your Parents While Fasting?

I want to fast for a few days, but I live with my mom and don't know how to hide it from her. It's just the two of us and we sit across eachother during dinner time... I don't know how I'll be able to skip dinner. Any ideas?

Usually I don't eat during the day, but then eat my dinner. But my mom likes to make fatty food and I hate it. I need help!


I tried purging but that just encourages me to keep binging. :(

Leave dirty dishes lying around, say you already ate.

well if you're not noticeably thin or underweight, I'd suggest just coming out to her and telling her you want to fast?

I told my mom and she doesnt even care, but thats probably because I'm pretty chubby right now.

Not sure how your mom would react though :/ I hope you figure something out

How old are you?

At home, I can only fast when I know we won't be eating as a family - when my dads working late, my mom has to tutor, they have dinner plans. Otherwise it's basically impossible. Though I did pull it off once. After I got glutened (I have celiacs and was contaminated) I told her I was going to eat only broth for a week bc my stomach was really bothering me. She pressured me into eating by the 4th day because it was "unhealthy" but it kinda worked. If you sit down with your mom every night though I'm afraid it's very hard unless you can convince her you ate earlier.
