I'm going to use this as sort of an accountability post to keep everyone updated on how I'm getting on with the ABC diet, as it's going to be really tough!
Today is day 1 and I'm excited as it has been a long time since I have restricted and I love it!
According to losertown this diet will get me to 47.6kg (105lb) which is 5 kg lower than my GW 52.6kg (116lb) but once I near the GW I can decide if I need to lose a bit more or whether to start putting on some more muscle/toning up!
I have attached a photo of me as I was when I woke up at 60.1kg (132.5 lb) and will add pictures every week.
I'm not incredibly unhappy with my body like most people on here but I would like my clothes to be looser and to have less wobbly bits/be more toned. I'd like people to say how skinny I was and be envious of me. I'd like to be a perfect UK size 8 without it being tight (currently wear a size 8 but probably should be wearing a 10!) and know I could wear anything and I'd look skinny.
So wish me luck! I'm gonna need it!
