Hi guys,

I'm going to use this as sort of an accountability post to keep everyone updated on how I'm getting on with the ABC diet, as it's going to be really tough!

Today is day 1 and I'm excited as it has been a long time since I have restricted and I love it!

According to losertown this diet will get me to 47.6kg (105lb) which is 5 kg lower than my GW 52.6kg (116lb) but once I near the GW I can decide if I need to lose a bit more or whether to start putting on some more muscle/toning up!

I have attached a photo of me as I was when I woke up at 60.1kg (132.5 lb) and will add pictures every week.

I'm not incredibly unhappy with my body like most people on here but I would like my clothes to be looser and to have less wobbly bits/be more toned. I'd like people to say how skinny I was and be envious of me. I'd like to be a perfect UK size 8 without it being tight (currently wear a size 8 but probably should be wearing a 10!) and know I could wear anything and I'd look skinny.

So wish me luck! I'm gonna need it!

Ah great work! How are you finding it? I feel great! But I hear week 3 & 4 are very very hard and to be prepared for it!

Avoiding schoolwork is fine so long as you don't resort to procrastination snacking which I tend to do!

I am actually not funding it at all as difficult as I thought it would be. The hardest part for me is the fact that I eat most meals with my boyfriend so it's nearly impossible to skip any meals :( I have managed so far but I don't know how I am going to do the fast days & 100 calorie days

Yeah today has felt so easy, my first milestone is to complete 6 days then I get a reward. Ah that's tough. I live with my boyfriend but he knows I have weird eating patterns and so we eat separately.

I guess you could say you are not feeling well on your fast days? As you aren't underweight it shouldn't raise any alarms.

Mainly beauty treatments that are long overdue - haircut, eyelashes, nails - but also a new workout wardrobe which I've wanted for a while and the ultimate goal once I've done 50 days will earn a new tatt which I have wanted for ages!

I wanna get some writing on my wrist but will probably get it somewhere I can cover up a bit better because my mum hates tattoos!

I like the phrase 'Love my bones' and that's what I'm gonna get. I used to have a t-shirt that said it on years ago and loved it! To me I see it as a less cliche and more unique version of 'love yourself'.

It also has a bit more of a hidden meaning to it having come to terms with the fact that the mentality of an ED will never leave me even if I stop acting on it (have had an ED for 9 years now and even during a 5 year recovery the mentality never leaves it just gets easier to manage). It's always gonna be a part of me and a part of my past, and referring to bones links it a bit to that. Although I wouldn't explain this bit to normal people, just the first part of the meaning!

I better go now babe, gonna go to the gym. Keep strong, talk to you soon!

Hi guys,

On day 2 now and still finding it pretty easy! Had 450 cal yesterday and allowing myself 475 cal today. Going to have the full 300 cal tomorrow as it's a running day!

I think having any less than 200 is going to be a struggle. Would rather have nothing at all than essentially tease myself!

I've also been using my pedometer to make sure I reach the same calories burnt as how much I'm going to be eating that day. Then burning any extra through other activities is a bonus!

But overall I'm happier too! I've lost a fair bit in just a couple of days, which I'm also putting down to Oxy Elite Pro (amazing for the 1-2 weeks but unfortunately the results will lessen).

Not sure if I can post everyday as I work full time but will try my best.

I'm also struggling with the lying part of this... I hate lying but know I have to. I used to be so good at it when I was in my teens and would lie without hesitation but I'm so honest now... too honest!

Let me know how you guys are getting on!

Hey hun :) how you getting on?

It's a diet supplement. I heard they changed the formula and that it wasn't as good anymore but I tracked down the original formula and found a seller on Amazon. Had to order from USA though so was pretty pricey but totally worth it!

It works so well for a week or so then I stopped taking it because it wasn't doing much and I wanted to save them, had a few weeks off it then started taking them again on Sunday. It's really good, I totally recommend! And it's the diet pill that everyone recommends online, people don't seem to rave about many other ones!

Hey everyone,

On day 3 - 300 cal

Still finding it easy but weight loss has slowed down a bit now, but still - any loss is good!

Just a few more days until my first reward :)

Water is my best friend at the moment. I drink like 3-4 pints just with dinner!

I'm finding that foods I would normally LOVE to eat (takeaways) are not appealing to me right now. The more I've achieved = the more I want to achieve!

This weekend I'm seeing my dad and his girlfriend and she loves to try and feed me and I always say no and find excuses. But this time it's my brother's birthday so I bet she's gonna do some like meal or something...

Luckily she knows I've been having really bad stomach problems recently (which is genuinely true!) so I can hopefully get away with avoiding certain foods. Unfortunately she has an extreme need to feed guests even if they aren't hungry/don't want anything/have already eaten. She's always suggesting other things to make sure everyone eats... it's so so annoying that often I just have to say yes to something to shut her up. I know she just cares but take no for an answer! Not everyone needs to eat ALL THE TIME! So I'll probably say yes to something I know the calorie intake of, or something in a wrapper!

Or chew and spit ;)

Hope you are all getting on well! Keep going ladies/gents!

Day 4 - 400 cal

Starting to feel really sick in the mornings now. But 400 cal is definitely ok :)

Tomorrow is 100 cal which I'm not sure how I'm gonna deal with tbh... have got loads of college studying to do tomorrow (was gonna go to the gym but don't think I can handle it on 100 cal :/) and I think I will be really distracted by my hunger.

Down to my lowest weight in ages in just 3 days - it's crazy! This diet is so good!

My boyfriend said I've lost loads of weight (he's unaware I'm on this diet) but I don't feel I look much different.

I'm very good at convincing myself that food is too dry in order to 'need' to drink loads of sips of water during my meals. Although it means I have to get up a few times in the night!

But overall I would definitely recommend this diet to anyone that is thinking about it and is determined enough to do it - because it is getting harder very quickly!

Well, I've got to face up to this at some point and I'm horribly embarrassed and feel like a complete fake and failure.

I binged yesterday (day 4) from boredom, not even proper hunger!!

I'm sorry I've let you guys down! I really did want to succeed.

I am downgrading to 2468 as I overestimated my abilities. I start tomorrow and will be recording it on a blog instead of through a post.

If anyone wants to buddy up please do add me :)

I have the same problem! my boyfriend & I live together, & fortunately I'm home alone until he gets home, which is around 6pm so I can control what I eat during the day but I literally can't fast at all or have less than 500 calories because I have to have dinner with him every night. /:

I know, its very frustrating. I can only say "my stomach isnt feeling well" so often before he will start to get suspicious
