HI!
I am wondering how we both could burn 500 kcal by a workout....
If I can be of any help to u..then I must say..try this workout 4X
Its like..60 sec each.

  1. jumping jacks
  2. jumping lunges
  3. oblique twist with a jump
  4. burpees
  5. high knees
  6. sprint

If u do it in high intensity..it could burn 500 kcal..perhaps..hope it helps!

High intensity on the cross trainer for 30-40 mins should do it. Running over 10kmph for roughly the same time should work.
500 calories will take at least an hour if you're not at the gym or playing a 'vigorous' sport (e.g. boxing, tennis, etc.).

So I can beg my parents to buy me a Junko Enoshima cosplay outfit for May MCM.

They said I wouldn't get fat after 'recovery'. Oh, how fucking wrong they were...

Oh, forgot to add, swimming is great if you don't mind being cold.
