So I was 142.8 today. Then I ate too much... WAY too much. I almost always start bingeing right around here, only to never see the 130s. I could only realistically have gained 1/2 of a lb (if that). But I'm sure there'll be food weight packed on pretty heavy tomorrow.

Who's in for daily weigh-ins until we hit 139.9 or under? It might take me a while, since I'm kind of doing a "recovery" from the binge/fast cycle. 1300-1800 calories a day, trying to lose the binge weight and other attempted (and failed) recovery weight.

I'll happily start an under 130 challenge after that. Consider it a personal challenge more than a competition, but you can definitely compete with the ladies and gents (and those inbetween, questioning, fluid, etc) on here, if you want. Just know I won't be super competitive with anyone but myself. Okay, start time.

Evening weight: 147.2

I'm also at 142.8! Glad to know I'm not the only one. You have no idea how happy this made me because seeing how low some people's weights are..well it hurts. But I'd be glad to do this with you! I'll keep posting even after I reach 139.9 just because weight fluctuates etc and to make sure I stay under I love this idea!

Wow, exactly the same weight. That's super impressive! And hopefully motivating for both of us... Under 3 lbs to go! (Well, probably 3.5... Thank you, today's binge).

I know what you mean about some people's weights being low. I've never been underweight in my life. I've been really unhealthy and close to it. But almost always on the higher end of normal rather than lower - again, thanks to my bingeing habits.

As a kid I was an absolute twig. Then my friends in fourth grade all talked about how they all weighed like 80 lbs etc and I was like hmm well I don't want to be left out so I'll become 80 lbs

I even talked to my mom about it and I can't believe she let me do this but I gained 20 lbs in a week from 60 to 80 in ONE WEEK! I wish I had never done that now because I know I've never lost that weight.

I'm usually on the high end of normal as well.

My morning weight today is 141.5, but I really eat more than I should, so I'm afraid the numbers will go up soon. I'm here to get some motivation. Glad I'm not alone in this weight.

 Don't be upset, it's just your body keeps water, that's all. you couldn't possibly gain bad weight just from one binge and lifting heavy, be persistent, it will pay off soon.

Ok so starting properly today!

 

Current weight 148.2 lbs 

 

​Very angry how I'm currently weighing that much, 4 days ago i weighed 142.8!! ugh what a fat bitch I'm back to where i was 1.5 weeks ago, from one binge that just continued because i wanted to keep eating sugar!

 

Goal weight 139 lbs asap 

 

I won't be able to weigh myself until Monday (3 days time) hope to be 145 lbs on Monday!
